Memorial Park Redevelopment

The Town of Warsaw is currently in the process of completing extensive renovations to Warsaw Memorial Park in an effort to provide a safer, more modern park for our children and community. The first and largest phase of this project is already underway and is slated to include a new community center gymnasium, playground, walking/bike trail, volleyball court, and renovations to the existing baseball/softball field.

The Town has been awarded a grant by the North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund for $300,000 and has also received $155,000 in corporate contributions to aid in funding these phase 1 improvements. In an effort to make this project as successful as possible the Town is still actively seeking community support to help achieve the ultimate goal of providing a safer more modern park that our community can benefit from and be proud of. There are several ways in which you may become involved in supporting this project as you will see by clicking "Warsaw Memorial Park Capital Campaign" link below.
