All development projects proposed for the Town of Warsaw move through a comprehensive planning process.

Projects are submitted first to staff, which review plans, to ensure compliance with the Town’s Zoning Ordinance. Staff then brings plans requiring review and approval to the Planning Board, who in turn, forwards their recommendations to the Board of Commissioners.
