The Town of Warsaw Planning Board will hear a request from Mildred Marshburn to rezone a portion of a town block (.45 acres +/-) from Highway Business to Residential (R-8). Vicinity of location is the block of S. Center St. and E. Pierce St. The public hearing will begin at 6:30 PM on Thursday, June 8th, 2023 at the Warsaw Town Hall, 121 S.
