Public Hearing Notice: Rezoning Request

The Town of Warsaw Planning Board will hear a request from Mildred Marshburn to rezone a portion of a town block (.45 acres +/-) from Highway Business to Residential (R-8). Vicinity of location is the block of S. Center St. and E. Pierce St.Posted: 5/24/2023

FY 2023-2024 Budget Public Hearing

The Town of Warsaw Fiscal Year 2023-24 Operating Budget proposal has been submitted to the Warsaw Board of Commissioners. The draft budget is now available for public inspection in the office of the town clerk located at 121 S. Front St. A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 8, 2023 at 6:00PM at the same location. The public is encouraged to attend. Contact the town manager at 910-293-7814 with questions.
