The subject annexation request includes a portion of parcel number is 01-706. The property is located between 2650 and 2700 NC HWY 24. The total acreage requested to be annexed is approximately 2.367 acres. The zoning district is Highway Business (HB). The Clerk has completed the Certificate of Sufficiency.
